I did just want to say a huge thank you to American Girl for gifting me this outfit to review.
Here we have the front of the box, with an image of the outfit on the lid to show an overview of the set.
The first item is the jumper. It is a bright orange color with white stitching on the front, side and the pockets. There is a small graphic design on the side saying 'Waves for Days' with a small image of a rainbow to match one of the pillows apart of her Volkswagen Surf Bus. The pockets are real and not for decoration and the buttons can be opened as well.
On the back of the set there are real working pockets and the straps have velco so they can be easily removed.
Here we have the t-shirt. It is plain white, though there are coral and teal stripes on the top and the sleeves.
A casual outfit wouldn't be complete without a pair of tennis shoes. They are slightly raised off the ground, therefore looking more like platform shoes. There is elastic on the front to hold the dolls foot in place, with some graphics on either side of the shoe to give it a bit more of a design.
Overall this outfit would have to be my favorite outfit from Joss's collection. It suits her personality and is a perfect outfit for the summer season! What are your thoughts on the set?
